I have got 200 shares of this company through IPO. As of now, there is no news about this company. Is there any chance to recover my money?

    Pal group i have found that almost all of their project buyers are suffering as they just cheated their own customers and run away with money instead of spending money on project, i have one booking in their sector 78 villa project and now come to know that they are not building it so i am looking for friends who are also sufferers and fight against them
    So if any buyers from villa project are fighting against them please take us also alongwith you to join the fight.

      NINJA Floors,Sec 89 Faridabad

      Invested in the NINJA Floors Project promoted by Trivani Builders and Pal Group in june09...with the possession in Dec11..till date no update.

      They are the cheaters!!!
      ....No regulatory bodies or these BIG sharks...Playing with the common man hard earn money and there sentiments......

      I had booked a 3BHK with servant quarter flat initially in Pal Group's project in sector 78, Faridabad in the year 2006. Later the company informed that they are not building 3BHK+ SQ, hence, the booking was changed to 3BHK. Again, sometimes afterwards, they said that Sector 78 would take some time to take shape and hence we were shifted to 3BHK in sector 89, Faridabad. Initially, I was offered booking in K tower of Pal garden, sector 89, Faridabad. Later, they said that they K tower will take longer time and I was shifted to J tower. When the PAWA (Pal Allottees Welfare Association) was formed we were assured that now the construction would be in top gear, and it was assured that the project would be handed over in Sept. 2011, but after extracting sizable amount from me, the construction is stand still now for the past one year. Yet, the Company raised a demand of another instalment on the pretext of enhanced EDC which had been raised by Haryana Government. According to the DTCP, Haryana website, the license of the Company already stands expired on 01.07.2010. Yet, the Company collected instalments from the flat buyers after that. I had written to Pal Infrastructure & developers Pvt. Ltd. for certain clarifications and to provide me with a copy each of all Govt. approvals, sanctions, copy of title deeds and EDC as demanded by Haryana Govt. but they have not replied. Though, PAWA used to call General Body Meetings to collect the instalments from the flat buyers on Company's behalf, now, even PAWA is not ready to reply to my mails and all the time, PAWA is speaking the language of builder. I am apprehensive that PAWA is creation of Pal Group only, only to extract more amount from the flat buyers. I also requested for refund which has been refused.
      At the instance of PAWA, I had made so much payment which otherwise could have been avoided.
      I hope good sense will prevail upon the officials of the company and PAWA and they will refund my entire amount with up to date interest.

        Important Update regarding PAL Builders/PAL Infrastructure and developers Gurgaon.
        Date:17/09/2012.

        This is inform everyone that EOW would soon be taking Strigent action against the Fradulent activities of PAL BUILDER/PAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

        Now the case has been Transferred from Inspector Vinod Gandhi to Inspector Ravi Shanker to act fast in the proceedings and I am in Direct touch with him.

        As lot of people have contacted me I would urge all Sector-89 Faridabad Investors not to pay any demand money as soon EOW will act and Seize their Properties, also EOW is in the mode of calculating total amount invested as per the complaints received so same can put before the court.

        I was surprised to know that out of thousands of investors cheated by this Group, only 27 has filed their complaints in EOW as confirmed by Inspector Ravi Shanker.

        The only way to get the money back along with the Interest from these Fraudsters would be through EOW . Those who doesn’t have the time to even file the complaint with EOW, pls don’t unnecessary hassle me with the calls, hope PAL Builder would come at your doorstep to pay back the money.

        All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter.

          I, Dinesh Sharma s/o Puran Chand Sharma, r/o C-3/296B DDA SFS Flats, Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058 had booked in a 3 BR plus Servant Room flat with Pal Group in Sec 78 Faridabad in 2006. After a couple of years, they showed their inability to construct the said tower due to non availability of land (which i presume was all bull ). The other towers have also not come up even till today while the adjacent plots are full of high rises of other builders. They offered me to shift to Sec 95, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon as that was their new project and I went ahead. I paid an extra rate as well for this property and again booked a 3 BR plus a servant room flat. After some years they again came back and upgraded the booking to an Independent Villa (Ground plus 3 floors) in which i was allotted a corner flat C-100 for which I paid an additional 5 lacs as PLC.
          This all went on for the last couple of years and no construction started and despite various meetings, visits and calls, the only answer was that they are working and the construction will start soon......Years have passed and bloody nothing.....
          A couple of months back, I came to know that the said plot has been sold to SKM Builders who are doing their construction now. When asked about our booking they said that it stays at the old rate and will get a flat for sure. Now, the new builders have brought all construction down (whatever was done by Pal), prepared their own construction plans and have started with selling the flats. I am not sure if I would get the same corner flat, will not get at all or what will happen with the booking etc.
          These folks are real cheaters and have to be nailed as the amount of 10 lacs paid by me had been taken on loan, now repaid to the bankers and it is a real hard earned money. I want to know what could be the course of action as I do posses a signed Builder / Buyer agreement and as per that the 21 months for construction plus 6 months of grace has also gone and ideally should be getting a penalty.........
          I would request all folks who were with Pal Sec 95 and have still not taken their refunds to get united and see how one should proceed further.

            I had booked a flat with Pal Grouep website : www.palgroup.in in Faridabad more than 6 years back. Till now they have not constructed a single floor and they are refusing to pay back my money as well.


            Save others least if I cannot save my money.
            Important Information regarding PAL Builders/PAL Infrastructure and developers Gurgaon.
            Date:28/04/2012.

            This is an very important information for all the PAL Builders investors who has been cheated.
            EOW has seized all their land through Court & soon their promoters will be arrested.EOW has finally actioned after numerous reminder from last two year.

            I have invested in two plots of their Neemrana township and till now neither the project came nor the money has been refunded by these cheat & fraud builders.

            They tried to fool the public again by showing resupmtion of construction work in their Faridabad projects and trying to extact more money from the pubic, now all been halted.

            The court has seized their land and soon their properties will be autioned by the liquidator and money released will be refunded to the complaints.

            All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter. All are request to approach office of Inspector Vinod Gandhi at Mandir Marg EOW Building.

            Now we hope that after years of fight, soon these fraudsters will be behind the bars.

              I booked one villa of 150 syd in Pal Group sector 78 Faridabad,lateron they informed that the project is shifted to sector 89 so asked to change the villa to sector 89,also i was surprised to know that the size of plot of villa was reduced to 136 syd from the earlier 150 syd.and they allotted the villa also in sector 89 and asked to complete the 40% payment and gave me agreement papers for the same,which i submitted around 1 year back but now they are not sending me back the papers even after 1 year fo rigorous followup so i am doubting their plans of villa project now and they slowly started asking me to shift to apartment from villa.For which i want to complaint that why these people are really building villas or just cheating people?

                Bid FRAUD ! They simply changed the site-plan !

                I booked a unit in PAL CityPark, paid 6 pakhs, and PAL group allocated a unit to me.

                After some months, they simply changed the site-plan and deleted the tower in which I was allotted the unit.

                Hence now they are holding money for a unit they do not intend to build !!! And refuse to refund aswell. Case is going on in consumer court.

                STAY AWAY FROM THESE BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS....

                Pal group is big cheater company all the directors are also cheater and they thing investors is a foul persons and and they have taken my money in the year 2006 and after that they have changed my reg. from fbd to gurgaon and issue some ch., but all cheques all bounced and now, they are not taking to anyone. I am advice to all the investors of pal Group, file a case Economic Offences and Company Law Board for liquidate the company and also file a criminal case under section 420.

                I want to caution everyone not to fall in the trap laid by pal builder and their claims about the projects getting started. Their only intention is to cheat the people and are in the process to show some construction to again take the money from the trapped victims.
                They are not making any refund to people and their cheques are getting bounced.
                Even if they ask for money do not pay at any cost and do not fall into their tactics if they ask you to shift to another project and pay the money.
                Already lot of cases are in the court and day is not far when all these fraudsters Shagun Bhagat, Manav Chandra, Harpal singh will be under the bars.
                The day will come when these fraudsters and their families will repent the comforts enjoyed by them by looting the people’s hard earned money.

                    first give ur introduction...that is is who r u ???in which of the Projects of Pal did u invest ???? first tell that... if yes...how much u invested???? do u knw whn r they going to complete this project???? they told in 2010 th sec 89 project wud be ready for posession...still 5 yrs on the project is now going to start??? can u explain tht?

                    I fully agree that Pal group and their director are big time fraud. I think their employees shud also be behind the bars. List of their fraud is endless.
                    This is all fake, They dont intend to do anything and are a big cheats. I am struck up in Sector 78 project and they claim to build the building and handover the posession in 6 months still which is not possible.

                    They are not paying any interest on the money and are enjoying the money for their own self instead of the project.

                      and why r u survveying all the projects of Pal...which one u invested>?

                        Even if they ask for money do not pay at any cost and do not fall into their tactics if they ask you to shift to another project and pay the money.
                        Already lot of cases are in the court and day is not far when all these fraudsters Shagun Bhagat, Manav Chandra, Harpal singh will be under the bars.
                        The day will come when these fraudsters and their families will repent the comforts enjoyed by them by looting the people’s hard earned money.

                          I am seema malik who booked a Nellia Floors in Pal Infrastructure dev pvt, ltd in sector 95 gurgaon. They projected in daily newspaper Possession in 18 months which was false claim and they don't have any applicable licence(s) approval permission clearance and noc(s) required for the construction/ allotment/sale /accused vide their agreement cum expression of interest mandate complaint for refund to entire deposited amount along with interest @18%

                          This kind of modus operandi he has done it before in various project in faridabad sector 78, sector 89,neemrana, rewari, gurgaon, He shows us a land presented him self a builder then takes a booking amount in the begining and 20% within 30days , 10% between 90 days once he collect 40% of total value then start a project dig it little charge 10% 50% of total cost he has collected then he forget about the project people ask for the project these people never appear infront of people. All these people are expert in forgery.

                            COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986 FOR REFUND OF MONEY DEPOSITED BY THE COMPLAINANT

                            Most Respectfully Showeth :

                            1. The complainant is a law abiding citizen of India. The Complainant was desirous of purchasing a residential house for himself and his family.
                            2. The Respondent No. 1 is the company which is into infrastructure projects. The Respondent No. 1 is the founder and Chairman of the Company and Respondent No. 2 and 3 are the Directors of the company who have been giving false representations about the various projects and are cheating the customers by making them invest in the project and thereafter by not even starting the project.
                            3. The Respondents issued an advertisement that certain flats/apartments are available for Sale in Residential Group Housing Project, Sector 89, Faridabad and the intended customers should send their request for the purchase of the flats/plots to Pal Infrastructure and Developers Private Limited. The Complainant based on the said advertisement applied for the purchase of the flat measuring 13750 square feet with the Respondents.
                            4. The Respondents and its representatives at the time of registration had assured the complainants they have purchased the land, construction plan had already been sanctioned by the appropriate authority, license had already been issued for the construction, advertising, booking and selling of the flat by the appropriate government authority and there would be no delay in allotment of the flats. Believing all these assurances the complainants also applied for the registration and allotment of the flat in the upcoming project of the Respondents.
                            5. The Respondents asked the complainants to deposit Rs. 3, 50, 000/- (Rupees Three lacs Fifty Thousand Only) as an expression of interest for the allotment of flat in Residential Group Housing Project, Sector 89, Faridabad. Interested purchasers were considered as Registered on payment of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand Only).
                            6. The complainant made a payment of Rs. 1, 60, 000/- (Rupees One Lac Sixty Thousand Only) vide a Banker’s cheque bearing No. 101696 dated 23.1.2007 drawn on South Extension II Branch and a cheque bearing No. 392312 dated 24.1.2007 drawn on Hauz Khas Branch and Rs. 1, 10, 000 (Rupees One Lac Ten Thousand Only) in cash. On 23.1.2007, the complainants along with the Registration Form were given one page of terms and conditions for the provisional allotment of the residential unit.
                            7. The complainants were registered with the Respondent group on 23.1.2007 on the payment of Rs. 3, 50, 000/-. However, the receipt bearing number AB 1506 for the payment of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- was issued only on 21.2.2007 to the complainant.
                            8. As per the terms and conditions of the Registration Form, Provisional allotment for the residential unit was to be made by the Respondents within 12 months of the registration. However, no such allotment offer was made to the complainant. In fact, on visiting the site it was discovered that the construction had not even commenced and it was empty plot of land with 10 pillars.
                            9. On making enquiries from the Respondents, the complainant were asked by the Respondents and its officials to wait for sometime as the project had been delayed. However, no provisional allotment was offered to the complainant even thereafter as assured by the Respondents. Each time on making enquiries the complainants were informed that all the formalities are likely to be completed shortly and soon the flats would be allotted to them.
                            10. On enquiring about the status of the construction/allotment, the complainants were informed that the allotment process is likely to be completed shortly and they should call next month, which was far from the truth as construction has not progressed at all. Only 10 pillars which existed initially are there with no progress whatsoever. Finally, the complainants personally visited the Respondents’ office in Gurgaon and enquired as to the status of the construction and allotment of the flats. On enquiring, they were informed that the allotment process would start soon. The complainant waited for the period of 12 months for the offer of provisional allotment but of no avail. Even till date the construction has not commenced and no provisional allotment has been offered by the Respondents.
                            11. After 29 months, on 6.6.2009, the complainants were sent a letter by the Respondent group that the complainants should visit the Respondent’s office for taking the provisional allotment of the flat against the Registration Form by depositing 40 % of the net basic sale price. As the complainants were not called for the allotment of the flat within 12 months as per the time schedule prescribed in the Registration Form, the complainants due to the delay in commencement of the project and seeing the gross negligence of the Respondent in performing their part of the contract, total non communication from their end and non committal answers for 1½ years, the complainants wrote a letter dated 27.6.2009 demanding the refund of his amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000 (Rupees Three Lacs Fifty Thousand Only). However, the Respondents’ did not respond to the said letter. In the letter, it was clearly pointed out that due to non timely allotment they were not interested in proceeding further with the project and therefore money should be refunded to the Respondents. Further, even as per one page of terms and conditions dated 23.1.2007, there is a provision for refund of the money which reads as under :
                            d) In case the company is not in a position to make an offer of Provisional allotment of the unit within a period of 15 months from the date of my/our application/registration. On my/our request the company shall refund the amount deposited by me/us paid along with simple interest calculated @8% per annum from the date of payment.


                            12. On 7.12.2009, the lawyer of the complainant sent a legal notice demanding refunded of the entire amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000 along with interest at the rate of 24 % per annum which was duly received by the Respondents on 8.12.2009. On the receipt of the legal notice, the Legal Head, Col. Ahlawat of the Respondents had called the complainants for a meeting. In the said meeting, it was once again assured that the money would be refunded in installments. The Complainants had agreed to the said proposal of the Respondents even but the Respondents have not even acted on their promise again. The conduct of the Respondents are to deprive, cheat and defraud the consumers of their money.
                            13. The complainant made the payment for the Registration as demanded by the Respondent group, however the Respondent group did not comply with the terms and conditions of the Registration Form for provisional allotment of a residential unit. The Respondents are still enjoying the money of the complainants without paying any interest which is completely at their behest. The Respondent has sent no communication to the demand for the refund of the money and the silence is indicative of the refusal to refund the payment received from the complainant which is in violation of the terms and conditions dated 23.1.2007. The Respondents have failed to perform their part of the contract and undertake to the time frame. The project has not even commenced and the Respondents did not offer the provisional allotment within the allocated time schedule. Also as per their own terms and conditions the Respondents are entitled to refund of money if no provisional allotment is made within 15 months of the date of registration. Further, the complainants cannot be compelled to go ahead with the project when the complainants have lost complete faith and trust in the Respondents group. The Respondents group made false promises and assurances at the time of booking of the flat without having obtained the requisite licenses and approvals from the concerned authority, i.e. Haryana Development and Regulations o[censored]rban Area Act, 1975.
                            14. There is 'deficiency in service' on the part of the Respondents in as much as there has been no commencment of the project and no provisional allotment has been made within 12 months as promised by the Respondents. It is stated that due to the inaction on the part of the Respondents, the obligations under the contract were not discharged. The Respondents failed to perform the services due to the Complainant for which he had deposited amount. The failure to honour the commitments amounted to unfair trade practice under Section 2(1)(r) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and services are faulty, imperfect in the nature and manner of performance which was required to be performed by the Respondent in pursuance of a contract. The Complainant is facing mental agony and trauma for the negligence and misrepresentations of the Respondents.
                            15. The cause of action for filing the present complaint arose on 27.6.2009 when the complainant demanded refund of the money as the Respondents were deficient in performing the services. The cause of action further arose when the Respondents failed to refund the money despite the receipt of the legal notice dated 7.12.2009 and repeated assurances by the Respondents’ legal head that the money would be refunded in installment and the failure to act on the said representation. Further, the cause of action is continuing as the Respondents despite their negligence and fault are providing no solution to the problems of the Complainant and making the complainant suffer.
                            16. The present complaint is filed within the period of limitation.

                            PRAYER

                            In the present facts and circumstances of the case, it is most respectfully prayed that the Respondent Company, be directed to :

                            a) Refund of the entire amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000 along with interest at the rate of 24 % per annum from the date of the receipt of the money till its refund
                            b) payment of damages of Rs. 50, 000/- for mental agony, inconvenience and harassment, etc.
                            c) Cost of litigation.
                            d) Any other orders as this Hon’ble Commission may deem fit and proper

                              Hello to All Dear fellow Investors,

                              I am also one of you, who has been cheated by PAL Groups. I booked a flat in PAL Greens project in Faridabad Sec 78 in Nov 2007. Till last year I have paid 40% BSP, which is close to Rs. 7 Lacs and that is a hard earned money. I don't get any update on this project from this group now. I visited many times at their site, the construction was started for only 4 Towers out of 6. When I inquired about remaining towers, I got response from them, they will soon be starting construction on remaining towers, but how soon that is unknown. On Mar 20, 2010, I have received a mail from PAL Group, they have changed their office from Edmonton Mall, Bristol back into their PAL Tower sikanderpur, where they started taking booking for this project in 2007.

                              I would like to state one point, is it possible for all the investors, in case we all can meet at a common place and plan out a strategy to deal with them. I hope, you will also get agreed, the FIST is more powerful than FINGERS. We all can join and lodge a common FIR/court case against them as collectively.

                              It is from the day one that Pal had with the opinion to fool innocent end users & not to complete at any site. I had also invested Rs.7.65Lac in 2006 at Sector-78, Faridabad. I had lodged FIR No. 121 at Faridabad. The company should be winded, on priority basis by the Govt. of Haryana. In case the Govt. does not take initiave into the matter, this episode may explode within no one reach.

                                  The company collected 10% booking amount at the time of pre-launch in Oct.2005 through various agents who advertised in all leading natinal newspapers like the one Astra, Gurgaon. We were not told that Pal group was a property dealer and did not have a plot then to start consrtruction activity. After two years they could probably get a uneven piece of land in sector 78, Faridabadl and a small plot in Sec.89, Faridabad. However, they kept on launching one after another projects in Nimrana, Gurgaon, Rewari etc. thereby cheating the consumers huge booking amount. Even after 4 years when the members have paid more than 45 pct of the total cost in 78 and 89 sector, not even 5 pct of work has been completed. No premier banking institution came to fund this project except LIC Housing Finance who are seen reluctant time and again due to the malafide intentions of the builder. Is there any agency in govt. who can get the hard earned money back to the consumers. The developer tells the consumers to approach court bcoz he knows court cannot help them fast. Or any agency in Haryana or Delhi can pressurise the developer to finsih the work at the earliest.

                                  This builder is not having doubtful integrity rather this builder is total fraud. They have cheated thousands of consumes who invested their hard earned money in their so called ventures.

                                  I know people who sued them in court and since more than one year, there is no action taken on them and they never appeared in courts in any hearing. Their GM (General Manager) gives open challenge to go to court or do anything, no one can touch them.

                                  So, i urge everyone to NOT to invest in any of the ventures of PAL Group. They are just collecting money from consumers in the name of ventures but have nothing in hand.
                                  PAL Group has started 5-6 projects in NCR but none of them is complete. Off late they have realised that it is not possible to delay project endlessly as investors have started asking for refund directly or thru consumer courts. In case of PAl garden they have reduced prices by RS 50, 000/- and further agreed to pay interest of amount paid above 40% of BSP as applicable. They have also linked incentives with timely payment. They have tied uo with Top worth Group for construction of all projects.
                                  Still basic question- will PAL be able to complete projects when investors have lost confidence on the group.

                                  Paid almost 42% of the total flat and I dont things growing there at sector at any rate. For the last 1- 2years PAL taks pictures from different angles to fool client and get more money out of people.

                                  Even after paying a whopping 11lacs almost 42% of the cost .. my allotment was cancelled saying that I havent paid the dues of another 6 lacs.

                                    I had booked 2 flats in Jan 2007 in Sector 89. The company in last 5 years of existence has not been able to even lay the foundation of any project. The money is being spent on flashy advertisements in newspapers. It is a ponzy scheme. The discussion with Senior management is of no use. They say flats will be built within 15 years. Please mail me so that we can go to the courts for refund of our hard earned money
