Pal Group - refund fraud / denial

Dear friends,
It is well established by now that pal group is cheating us in broad day light. It is also well known to us that a scam of crores does not take place without nexus of administration, police , banks etc. Trying to get releif from same people in quick and easy way is nothing else but living our fear of going to courts. The sooner we come to terms of actually accepting that we are truely trapped and there is no easy way...

villa fraud

i have booking one 150 yards villa at Sector 78 Faridabad with Pal Group in Feb 2007. They shown us the papers of the land. but after 2 years of booking they told us that this land is not alloted to us so we are shifting the area from sector 78 to sector 89 faridabad. but we were interested only in sector 78. so we wnt there for the refund of our money. they told us that they will give post dated cheque of one year date. sir how...

Hi, I (Naveen Grover) booked a villa at Faridabad, Haryana with Pal Group in year 2007 through bank draft/ cash, the total amount was Rs . 350000/ . I had approched company so many times but they are saying that they donot have money to refund or not even having the property to give and if they will pay that too will only pay Rs 210000/ against 350000+interest+appriciation of that property they will pay in two year instalment without any interset that to will be started from 8th month after handing the cheque and asking us to hand over all original document relating to that property and give them in written NOC that we had recived all payments, the property they booked have already doubled they are reselling the same property at above price.     I have booked 2 BHK Plat in Pal Garden sec 89 Faridabad in Jan 2007. Till date only excavation has been done. Builders has taken payment of 10.73 lacs till date. I am sending e mail / letters to their directors but no reply received. They are adding new projects but not even single project is completed by them till date.
    PAL is totally non comitted builder and not helpinh their customers to get out of this problem. Either they should speed up the sork at site, complete work in 12 months to set benchmark rather than going as per builder buyer aggreement and taking 3 years more.
    They have to refund of entire amount with interest to investors if they donot perform. Law should help all those who are duped by such builders.

    Hello to all investors in Pal Infrastructure & Developers, Faridabad.

    I had invested nearly 8 Lacs in Pal Group in Sec 78 during[protected]. The builder had cheated us. Pal group is not concerned about construction & thereafter allotment. All o[censored]s should join constructively with positive attitude in order to recover our hard earned money from the cheater.Cases in consumer court & criminal cases may be filed. The builder has tied up with property dealers. Property dealers are involved in this episode. We should hire an Advocate on contract basis & shall share amongst us.
    I am also sailing in the same boat. I had invested 8 lacs in Pal Group in Sec 78 during[protected] & there is no positive signs of recovery. Would u join me file criminal + consumer case against the builder. We can share the fees of the Advocate. Pl. confirm

I had invested 8 lacs in Pal Group in Sec 78 during[protected] & they haven't started the construction. everytime they used to say next month we will be starting it.     The opinion expressed by indivisuals is true. Pal group has the nexus with the property dealers. They are simply cheaters. They work to be completed by now is not done.     i think everyone needs the solution for the problem faced by all through these frauds pal frauds
    It seems to be a matter of great concern to each consumer, who has put their interest in PAL Greens Sector 78 and 89 building plans. It would really be nice, if any of the PAL Infrastructure Director/VP or even President can address these problems in a press conference or by calling every consumer at a specific place 'Mass gathering' like a General Body Meeting.

    As a matter of fact both o[censored]s, i.e. PAL builder and consumers should join hand together to get rid of the delaying process of construction, and it should be a win-win solution for everybody.

    Anticipating an initiative from PAL infrastructure so as to meet the expectations of everyone.

    I agree hardly any substantial construction progress has been done so far.However due to initiative of few allottees, a co-ordination group has been formed to monitor future progress, on a regular basis henceforth.

    Pal Group now intends to take the services of Top Worth Group to take up balance work in a phased manner.I gather there are around 8 members of different block-allottees who have joined and met PAL Group(builder) since last quarter to force them to hasten balance progress.

    An ice has been broken.But collectively we may have to fight a long drawn battle against apathy and inertia of this Group.

    I'm also cheated by this builder. I had taken loan from LIC HFCL and they had dispersed one installment also. But before they could release any other payment, I closed this loan a/c by paying the disbursed amount. Small saving in terms of interest as such. If somebody is continuing with loan then he can also think of it.

    I had booked a two bedroom flat with Ansal API in Aquapolis Project, village Dundahera Dist. Ghaziabad on date[protected]..They had promised possession of flats in year 2010 but so far they have done no visible work except digging some pits.On date[protected], I wrote to Ansal to refund me my Rs 1587105/along with interest but till date they did not give me any reply nor informed any new date earmarked for possession.Till date, they have not been able to purchase land from farmers as well as are involved in court case with Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam which is building a Dumping Ground on the land which Ansal API has sold in plot forms to public and collected more then 50% value for the land which never belonged to Ansals and thus cheated public of their hard earned money.
    We can’t let it just go. I would request all the persons affected by above to join together and form some association and apply group pressure on Ansal. I have phone /E-Mail/Address details of about a dozen people who booked flat in this scheme and Ansal is keeping everyone in dark.     There ar more then 1000 people cheated by PAL Group. They might have collect 70-100 crore rupess from public and not able to deliver a single project. Join the yahoo group of PAL victims - [protected]@yahoogroups.com.

    This is a fraudulent act which is not expectable at all. I want my bike to be replaced with the updated model ASAP. Delay in response will be assumed that you people are taking things lightly hence, I will be compelled to drag this issue to consumer court till I finally receive justice.

    I agree with the comments above and wanted to highlight the fact that PAL GROUP is a cheater and has bluffed people and the legal system of India. I have booked Villa with their Faridabad project but nothing is happening since last 3-4 years and even after approaching with them they are not responding. They even never bothered to contact the customers about the solution or reversal of money with interest. Govt. is sleeping and will sleep always which is the fact in India. We have to make people aware that not to even get into their web. I suggest we all have to get united and complaint at High Court with the fact sheets and also make aware the cusomers which are approaching this company. They do not have even their own land for development of project. Advised to write to consumer forum about the facts.

    This is a cheat company. I have booked in Fardabad and they are not able to construct anything
    Important Information regarding PAL Builders/PAL Infrastructure and developers Gurgaon.
    Date:28/04/2012.

    This is an very important information for all the PAL Builders investors who has been cheated.
    EOW has seized all their land through Court & soon their promoters will be arrested.EOW has finally actioned after numerous reminder from last two year.

    I have invested in two plots of their Neemrana township and till now neither the project came nor the money has been refunded by these cheat & fraud builders.

    They tried to fool the public again by showing resupmtion of construction work in their Faridabad projects and trying to extact more money from the pubic, now all been halted.

    The court has seized their land and soon their properties will be autioned by the liquidator and money released will be refunded to the complaints.

    All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter. All are request to approach office of Inspector Vinod Gandhi at Mandir Marg EOW Building.

    Now we hope that after years of fight, soon these fraudsters will be behind the bars.

    Hello guys, I was sailing in the same boat too, but on my visit to the site I saw about 200 workers working very hard towards the completion of the project. I have spoken to Mr.Mahna who is the President of Pal Welfare association, please contact him if you have any doubts on the progress of the projects but I think if we all have a look at the site and also on the website we will see that yes Pal group was slow in making the project but since the time Pal Welfare association has been formed (2010) there has been a tremendous improvement construction wise.
    I invested about 17lac rupees in the project and I was so unhappy with the way the construction was going but if would have stopped making my payments no work would have carried on and yes we can take them to court but as we all know that the judicial system on India is not the quickest in the world and I dont want my 17lac rupees to be stuck for another 7-8 years..so my advice is please see for yourself how much progress has been made, become a part of PAWA group, make your payments and this project should be completed in the next 1.5 years...

      Hi All,

      Lets get together and teach these people a good lesson. I already have a group of 8 people and is planning to take legal action against these people, who thinks we people can't do anything.

      We are planning to file a civil case and criminal case in addition to a pil in supreme court contesting why these should be allowed to dupe money of general public. What is the difference between pal group and Satyam and B K Jewellers who duped crores of rupee of general public.

      pal group is also cheating, i booked a flat in sector 89, when nothing happening, i asked them for refund, which they refused, despite my 2 letters to them, they have not answered, i am planning to move consumer court against them.
      i had also booked a flat in the group housing society in 89 sec faridabad way back in 2006, til date not much construction has been done there I was refused by people in Pal office regarding refund of my hard earned money, I would like to join the group to take necessary action.
      they have now started forsing people to get the loan disbursed from lic, they are launching new projects almost every month and not constructing previous projects, cheating people every where

      We have booked a villa in Feb 2007. I found they have no land to constriction villas when we asked he say that they can not give the vills, after adjust dealer commission he give back cheqes . Pal group issued four Post Dated Cheques all are bounced due to closer of account in YES BANK by the pal group .
      I made mistake twice and paying for the same.
      I have booked a villa in sec 78 FBD and finally I have to pay extra amount to get it shifted to sec 89. Also I have booked in aqua-police project for which they are denying refunds. I am planning for lodging a case after sending legal notice.

      I have also booked a 2BHK flat in PAL Green 78 sect, Faridabad, but I am having doubt that this project will be completed by them. No bank loan is available and nothing help is provided by the PAL Group and they are sending the letter for submission of payment with interest.
      I don’t understand what I should to do, because project is still dump till November 08, no further progress in the project. Please suggest what I should to do. Your early reply will be highly appreciable.
      Pal group is one of the dishonest builder i have seen in recent past. Lets talk about the plan in 95 Sector. First they marketed the project as Premium apartment and collected the money and after getting the money are now making low cost society, and making no option with the consumer but to opt for low cost society to savegaurd their hard earned money.
      they are fraud, hard core cheaters

        Dear Pal Victims (06/04/2011),

        I want to caution everyone not to fall in the trap laid by pal builder and their claims about the projects getting started. Their only intention is to cheat the people and are in the process to show some construction to again take the money from the trapped victims.
        They are not making any refund to people and their cheques are getting bounced.
        Even if they ask for money do not pay at any cost and do not fall into their tactics if they ask you to shift to another project and pay the money.
        Already lot of cases are in the court and day is not far when all these fraudsters Shagun Bhagat, Manav Chandra, Harpal singh will be under the bars.
        The day will come when these fraudsters and their families will repent the comforts enjoyed by them by looting the people’s hard earned money.

          Myself and my friend has booked a flat in PAL Garder, Sec 89, Faridabad in 2006 in launch time thru GuptaJi Preperty dealer of faridabad. We paid second installment also in time. When there was no construction started for 2 years we asked the builder to return our money back in Oct'08. Company provided us with Post dated Cheques of Apr '09. That too 8 cheques. While returning back money Builder has dedcuted Rs 25000 . Now when in Apr'09, we deposited these cheques in Bank and these cheques are getting bounced.

          I am planning to put a criminal case on Harpal Singh, Owner of PAL group.

          I need support from people who all are loosing hard earned money in hand of these cheat builders

          Hi,
          I have booked a villa in Feb 2007 and paid the second installment in July 2007. I found no progress till July 2008 and demanded for refund. Pal group issued three Post Dated Cheques and a small amount as interest. The chaque against interest amount got cleared. The first cheque was due on Jan 2009 and was bounced. Then I have contacted Pal group and after a lot of negotiation they issued me twenty one Post Dated Cheques and taken back the three cheques issued earlier. I agreed as they convinced me that they will be able to honour cheques with smaller amount but not with large amount. The first cheque was due on Feb 2009 and got cleared but subsequent all cheques are getting bounced. I have talked to them and they asked me for more times, and since then it happended several times. Every time they ask for fifteen days. I waited till May.

          Finally I have initiated criminal law suit (under section - 138, Negotiable Instrument Act and section- 420 ) against Pal group.

          I think all o[censored]s must initiate legal action against Pal group ( I have already initiated) if we want our money back. If all o[censored]s come together and file law suit against Pal group then it would be more stronger case. We would be able to share fees of advocate and would be able to hire a senior advocate also.

          I invite all of you come together and file law suit against Pal group. Let plan to meet and discuss plan of action. Let me know if you are interested.

          I also booked a flat in 2006, in Pal Greens, through Vasundhra Properties and even paid 40% of the BSP. But still now, there is no progress in the project. Everytime I call them, I get that "we acknowledge that progress is slow but it will be done". Till date the work of only 2 towers has been started, for which only 1 tower has reached till first floor and they have to build 6 towers. Even after all this, they send a letter on regular intervals demanding more money.
          Don't know what's up in their mind and when and how will they build up the building.
          i dont think so they would be able to complete any project, we have booked a flat at pal gardens, nor dey r returning any money nor dey are making d papers ready, we have paid alomst full amount .pls help...lets all do case on them..

          I agree with the complaints from various members. I have also booked a flat in Pal Garden Sec 89, and following almost 2 years for refundingh my money back. The construction has not started yet after depositing the money + 1 installment and passing 3 years in Dec 2009.

          I would call all of you guys to unite and Halla Bol at Pal office. The unity will definitely defeat the Pal Group. If they do not return our hard earned back. We will file criminal case unitedly file a criminal case against Pal group and definetely get back our money.

            PAL GROUP is cheating with customers

            Pal group is a big cheater, I booked a property in neemrana 3 years back, can you imgaine when I called them up in Feb 2009 they said they have called off neemrana project they are no more doing it, when I asked them why didnt you send information to your customers, he said nothing, just you can take your refund after filling in the application he ( Mr Kumar) said take your cheque after one month, and today 21/04/09 they are giving me post...
