Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the continued delay and unjust rejection of the Tenant NOC for my unit Casa Eviva N-304, which has been pending since 23rd November 2025 despite my repeated follow-ups and submission of all required documents.
Please note the following facts:
All mandatory documents have been submitted, including:
Valid Rent Agreement (effective from 1st November 2025)
Police Verification NOC from Manpada Police Station
Society NOC and Developer NOC
These were shared well within the stipulated timelines.
The reason cited for rejection—“Broker involvement and blacklisting”—is completely baseless.
There is no broker involved in this transaction. The agreement is directly between me and the tenant.
If PCMA has any evidence to the contrary, kindly share it immediately. Otherwise, this constitutes harassment and denial of my rights as a property owner.
As per PCMA guidelines, an application cannot be rejected without valid grounds related to agreement or compliance documents. Since all dues and documents are clear, the question of rejection does not arise.
The tenant has been waiting for weeks to move in, causing inconvenience and financial loss. If PCMA insists on rejecting the application, I demand:
Written justification for rejection with supporting evidence.
Compensation for November and December rental charges and agreement costs, as this delay is solely due to PCMA’s inaction.
This matter has already escalated beyond reasonable limits. If not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to:
Approach local authorities and consumer grievance forums.
Initiate legal proceedings for harassment and financial damages.
I urge PCMA to act responsibly and approve the Tenant NOC immediately to avoid further escalation.
Regards,
Mazhar Sayed
Owner – Casa Eviva N-304
