Pallavaram Municipality — Drainage connection given without getting permission

Drainage connection given without getting permission from the Pallavaram Municipality by the neighbor who lives in Tulakathamman street, Zamin Pallavaram. Their door no is, 67/34.
They have not informed the municipality about digging the roads for giving connection to drainage for their home. We got to know, when we were passing by that street. They were digging the roads by their own men for giving connection. We heard few men asking them to get permission from municipality for their drainage connection. But they were, very strongly denying saying that, they shall not get the permission and shall not pay drainage fees.

We wanted to bring this to your notice about their disobedience to the rule set by TamilNadu Government.
