Pallavaram Municipality — Metro water leakage all over road & new connection has not given

Hi this is Ganesh from zamin Pallavaram ward no 17, during 2018 i applied for metro water new connection and paid. Till now my connection has not been provided. (Reason : Underground Pipe has not layed so connection will be given in future)

But before 2 months suddenly water has came out from Underground every Thursday and more than 500-1000 litres of water get waste which runs all over road. (Reason for water came out : End cap of pipe is not installed, instead of that cloth has been tied on pipe) Attached images for public view and kindly take immediate action to stop water leakage & to provide connection for which I already paid Am ready to submit bills for the payment done.
