Pallavaram Municipality — Noise pollution in our apartment

I am residing in apartment called Sai Balaji, located in pallava garden, 4th Avenue, Old pallavaram, Chennai 117.

One of the apartment owner located in ground floor has been using home theatre in their hall with high volume. This is creating a noise pollution in the apartment.

Many times we informed them to reduce the volume but they are not listening.

Please do the needful to take some necessary action on this apartment owner.
