I went Radhanagar EB office to pay my bill but unable to enter the office main gate due to cow ### on the way to enter the office. All cows accupied the full area especially main gate. Consumers are close there nose and passing the gate, EB officers not taking the action because they using desperate way to enter. Very Shame on this. Kindly take a immediate action on cow owner. Doo the needfull
