Pallavi Mishra — Website issue but customer is getting penalised

While booking my flight I have given the name as Harsha Ashok Dubey. but in website they have changed the name to Ashok harsha dubey which is the website problem. and I have been charged with the cancellation charges to cancel my flight booking as name is incorrect. Make my trip didnt help me at all .
