I have purchased a hbe6 ptron earphone and it was delivered through courier yesterday. On receipt i opened the package when i start using this i found it is defective and not working and no sound at all.

I give my details for your taking action to replace the same at the earliest possible.

Kindly do the needful in replacement of this product. I tried so many times, but the customer care number is not functioning. I do not know who to be approached for this replacement
