Palred Technologies — ptron viki bluetooth headset sunglasses/not good

On march 25 i had received above mentioned item from your and by the price of 999, but its not clear headset to wear, not suiting to right ear, and not able to wear in side the helmet. The quality of glass size also its not worth for money.

People from latest one, for returning the item, they will directly saying i. E we need to go to any courier shop to send back. Collecting return they will not send the door pickup. Its very disadvantages while comparing with paytm, flifcart etc.

Please provide the facility for door pickup for returnable things too.
