Dear sir / mam,

I had orderd nexus5 mobile cover (order no so2161132)/ inovice no pot-1483414on 29th june. i had recd mobile cover in red-blue. i had recd call from ur customer care regarding this issue and requested her to arrange the delivery of black color cover and replace the same asap. this is my 4th complaint, but no one is ready to take a serious in this matter.
