Pammal Municipality — Drainage pipe broken

I am Rajkumar residing at door no1, karuppan street, pammal chennai- 600075 .In front of my home the drainage was blocked for more than 6-10 months . so that the mosquito and rat menace increased day by day which spread lot of diseases to our area people .The blockage water spread bad smell throughout the area and the garbage also increasing in the volume which cant describe by words .
Request you to intervene into this issue and clear the blockage with proper care and render a healthy life to us.
