Pan Services — Not received the corrected PAN card till now

We had submitted the Pan correction request for
PAN no. BEKPG7323F namly Sanya Gulati through online and physical documents had also been sent through speed post before 15 days. Still I had not received the corrected PAN card or not any notification about this. Please confirm the status on my mobile no. [protected]
