Pan.utiitsl.com/csf.html — Error Message after completing the online PAN Card form and complete payment

Hello Team,
I am Mrs. Priyanka Amol Madane. I have submitted online form for change in name for Pan card online. I have submitted all the required documents and completed the payment of Rs. 106.9/- online. I have got the error message and asking me to submit the form physically.

Error Message-
Your Digital PAN application is rejected as your Address in AADHAAR is exceeding 125 characters. Please apply PAN application through physical submission mode

So, please do the needful and refund my PAN Card application amount Rs. 106.9/- on the payment account.
