They took my mobile and sent to head office. Initially they asked one week time. After 3 weeks they told your mobile got damaged during transport from the headoffice delhi to chennai. They didn't show my mobile also simply telling total screen got damage during courier. After my argument they agreed to replace my mobile with new one but for that he asked 10 days time. Now that duration also completed but today they told we will repair that phone but we dont replace that with new one. I can't insist more. If still they are not responding I will lodge a complaint in consumer court.
