I purchased Pune WTC property, Unit 305, Tower 1, during February 2014. It has been 2.5 years & vacant since then contradicting to their advertisement which says ‘our commitment for leasing to you and your investment with us’. I have proof of this advertisement which was sent by Priya J. Dhawan Senior Manager - Client Relations
I did not have any pre-conditions in leasing, co-operative for any type of leasing (furnished, unfurnished etc., ). There has not been even a single offer during 2.5 years. When I escalated, their leasing Sr. Manager sent a mail saying "unit was bought by you directly from the owner in resale through a consultant and not from Panchshil. As per our records, you had purchased one unit with us in Tower 2, WTC which you later cancelled". I was shocked to come to know about the discrimination in leasing being Resale buyer v/s Direct buyer.
As I lost nearly 25 lakhs of ROI on this investment, I requested Panchshil to provide me a waiver on CAM (Common maintenance Charges) only till leasing, thinking they will take my pain & suffering seriously. There has been no response on this request from more than 6 months.
Recently I arranged a tenant for lease period of 2 years through my own contacts and hard work. Now the admin department Mr, Sachin More is denying access to my own premises for interior work to enable my tenant to start their business stating unless the CAM is cleared. The owner rights are violated totally with a damage to my finances and peace in my personal life.
Please help me in protecting consumer rights such that it will bring some change in Real Estate Eco System Was this information helpful? |
