I have booked service of pandit cargo for household items shift from Hyderabad to Salempur deoria. As per the Initial quotation, they offered me two types of service i.e sharing(27500+18%GST + 3% insurance of declared amount) and full truck load(37000+18%GST+ 3% of the declared amount). I have opted for the full truck and paid 40000 as part of the initial payment. After that, they have shipped the items on sharing basis and kept few items in their warehouse. on the delivery, all of the carton packages have been opened and the washing machine, mattress, cot, and kid cycle is damage. while asking for insurance claims they are delaying the claim and saying items are getting damaged during the transit. even they are not sending the rest item which is worth of 10k.
