Pankaj Kumar — refund of cancelled ticket

I had booked a ticket from delhi to udaipur with pnr :hf2z1, web reference no. Aibe37522718, and ticket no. 098-[protected] for flight no. 471 departing from delhi on 2nd march 2018 at 1.20 pm. I could not board the flight due to late arrival of ai452/vtzdel/02mar pax mc ai471/del 471del udr/2 mar. I got the ticket cancelled on same day through the counter at delhi airport. I have kept the recipt of the same in which it has been stated that i will get the full reftund as per ai applicable rule. But till date it has not been refunded.
