Dear sir, we are resistant of kohka bhilai, regularly when ever marriage hall of Mangal bhawan used as booking for marriage purpose the organizers completely ignore loude spekar prohibition timing. Everyday the use speaker till 12 to 12.30 at night. We all are suffering from this. It is also known to everyone that this area is a student residential area and we have to study at night.
