Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the installation of an advertisement hoarding in front of our residential window at Satyaketu Complex, Sector 35.
Previously, PMC had taken action and removed a similar hoarding from the same location. However, we were surprised to see that installation work has resumed as of yesterday. Upon inquiring, the person at the site claimed that Ronak Advertisement has obtained permission from PMC.
We would like to bring the following points to your attention:
• The hoarding is directly obstructing our window, severely impacting light, ventilation, and the outside view.
• The structure is being erected in a public area within a residential zone, causing inconvenience and raising safety concerns for residents.
I request PMC to urgently investigate this matter, verify and take appropriate action to remove the hoarding.
