Pao(ors) Arty, Lekhanagar, Nashik — smart card not received since october 2016

Hello sir... I have been submitted an application for smart card of my mother in my URC since October 2016 but I didn't receive it yet... I had submitted my application in PAO (ORS) Arty, Lekhangar, Nasik.. But still I didn't get it... A Month before I receive a message for smart card personalized with file no. N/UDH/25432 and it more than a month and still not get smart card... I enquired many times but manager is not saying anything properly for this delay... Kindly take some necessary action for this plz... Thanking you in anticipation...
