Have ordered a navy blue track pant from a site called paper castel. They post they're product on instgram (@papercastel.india) and in there bio they mentioned that they takes 15 to 20 working days to deliver but I am waiting for like 44 days normal days still haven't got my order I have ordered it on 23rd of March and today it is 6th of May . I have paided the amount of 525.15 ruppes with includes delivery fee and not only me lots of people having this issue with this brand lots of people comment on there post but they delete the comments and I also have comment on post but they are deleting them i also emailed they about that first they replied and they tell me that order is got confirmed and order no. Is 19656 and they mentioned that it will typically takes 15-20 working days to deliver and after the time period get off I emailed them again about I haven't got my order but they are not replying so please solve my issue .
