Sir/madam, am ganesh from redhills, chennai. For the last 10 years we have been paid extra money 30 to 50 rs at the time of gas delivery. We have been forced to pay the extra money. Now only i came to know that, as per the rule no need to pay the extra money. But still agency asking extra charges if we refuse they are cancelling our order. Please take the necessary action.
