Paramjit Singh — House security not refunded in 3 months

HI, I had rented 1135, BlockC, palam vihar, Gurgaon from ParamJit SIngh and as per agreement deposited 28000 as security. I had submitted all rents by NEFT and can provide the bank details. As time of vacating in March 2014, I was promised security will be refunded to my account but still it has not been deposited.
