I am sharing this complaint to create awareness for other patients.
During discharge, despite valid health insurance approval, the hospital asked the attendant to make full payment under pressure while the patient was medically unfit and on bed.
The final bill amount was much higher than initially communicated. The bill and documents were not properly explained, and signatures were taken without giving sufficient time to read or understand the papers.
This caused mental stress and financial hardship to the family. Patients should be extremely careful, ask for written clarification, and demand full transparency before making any payment.
