Parasrampuria Plantations — money invested not received back

Hi,
My father mr. ramesh kishinchand kotwani has invested rs 16500/- in parasrampuria plantations and we have still not received even a penny back from the company
We have the cheque from the company which were never deposited as the company sank and now we don’t have any contact who will resolve this issue
If anyone knows any person to contact or any action that has been taken kindly update.
