Parc company is fake company, its question on such a reputed university vtu also who allowed this fake company to recruit the students from the different colleges, they will give you the offer later with branded company like ibm, dell, wipro, honeywell etc for the networking profile and later they will take 15k in the name of placement and later they will give you the repairing kind of job and that also with third payroll. amit you are right parc ibeon team did same thing with me also. they came to my college through vtu pool campus . they gave after taking interview they gave offer latter on the spot and that time we were clearly told e have not to pay single money.but before few days of joining they started asking 15000 money.in this team there are to person there are to persons named payal and ranjeet .both are just like broker but they act as they are google hr and they think they belong to royal family. guys after paying 15000k you ill get 10 days training and that have no use. they have no contact in any company they ill forward your resume to third party then if you are selected then they will say all these things happened because of them if not then they ill send you for any other interview. one more thing parc ibeon is a fake company that does not exit . there is one institute ibeon infotech in jp nagar bangalore for thta institute payal and ranjeet work as broker. i heard that they are going to start new batch, because of that i am writing everything in detail so guys please do not waste your money and time. if it is possible try to file police complain. one more thing i forgot to tall you people they do not have office space they ill take money in any mall or somewhere else .they ill blackmail you, they will so many drama they ill also say they are not forcing you to pay . guys please do not pay money they are just like broker.

We know you are forced to write this, But you should be ashamed of yourself. You are earning your livelihood by the job given by Parc Ibeon and you are defaming the same people with abusive words. If you are so very much against us, then dont you think you should first quit the job given to you by Parc Ibeon, and then getting a job on your own in Fortune 500 companies, and then you are supposed to comment in this way? You are building up your career in a brand which parc has given you. It is we who introduced you to the corporate world. Atleast be true to yourself and justify your statements. Start taking decisions on your own rather than being mis-leaded by others. Look at the language that you have used, It shows what kind of a mentality you possess and what background you come from. Recently, we had conducted a mega drive for 2017 batch in collaboration with VTU CPC in August this year (with 42 colleges participating in the event). We had started the process training and recruitment for the first batch and completed successfully. We have placed candidates in Honeywell, Dell, Wipro, NTT DATA, GE, ABB, ISRO and many other 'Fortune Global 500' companies. But, recently the company came across a news thats doing rounds in the Internet and in some other facebook pages. Thats the reason why we are here today! We hope you will take out some time to read this as well.
Recently, a candidate from Sambhram College of Engineering called "Amith Kumar Singh" has published some false allegations against our company (find the screenshot of his post below). As a reputed and independent company, we could not take any false allegations and wanted to reveal the truth to all. Because there are lots of students whose future is getting mis-leaded by his post.
Point 1: In the training, we made the candidates absolutely interview ready, i.e. How-to perform in interviews and also some of the softskills sessions were taken. The technical training had all sessions that covers discussions on IP addresses, Routers, OSI models, switching, DAS, Application troubleshooting, Microsoft Certified System Engineer - MSCE sessions And real-time troubleshooting sessions. So, the training was awesome.
Point 2: During the training we gave Amit opportunities in HCL Technologies. But, he did not appear for his interview. Hcl was an in-campus job in Bangalore. We had to face escalations from our client regarding the same.
Point 3: Since most of his friends were joining Wipro, he too requested us for a job in Wipro Technologies. So as per his request, we processed him for Wipro Mumbai. On his joining date, Amit came back to Bangalore, stating Wipro was making him do some "repairing jobs".
Point 4: To our astonishment, we are wondering and we would like to know as to from when did Wipro Technologies started taking engineers for "repairing jobs". Because as far as our experience and relationship is concerned with Wipro, we have no idea about this! Till date hundreds of candidates has joined Wipro Technologies from our end, Amit is the first guy to say that he was asked to do a repairing job.
Point 5: Amit was offered a job of Desktop Support Engineer-L1 at Wipro., with 53% in his engineering. Now, Please find the screenshot below of his Job description for Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer directly from Quora by a reputed HR.
Point 6: So, This job at Wipro Technologies was called a Repairing job? He was supposed to take out the hard disks and install OS and configure the systems. This was the job on day 1. We guess Amit was expecting some swanky cabin and conference meetings on day 1. There is no company in the world which will let a candidate to work on real-time client issues on the day of joining. Moreover he was a fresher with 53% in his degree. And this is what he termed as "repairing jobs". On the same day he created a big scene in the company, used abusive words and disrespected the manager.
Point 7: After he left Wipro, we had to face a very big escalation from the company. Our relationship with Wipro has become fragile because of Amit. He shouted at the managers there, made a mess out of everything and came back.
Point 8: Please find the escalation mail from our HR for what Amit has done. It explains everything!

In the Month of Aug. Exactly on Aug.10th 2017, these ParC Ibeon people came to VTU belgaum for Drive. There they told that they are a company, and they have a tie_up with 8 big MNC's. They 'll place students in any one of those companies only.
They had a full day drive, and there I and some of my friends from MCA/Mtech got selected. They gave on the spot Letter of Intent with company name and LPA package mentioned with joining date.
I was selected for IBM with 1.8 LPA and 18th Oct.as a joining date.
Salary was bit less, but I was happy to work for IBM.i informed everyone in the family, relatives, and friends as well.
And I was just waiting for month Oct so that I can be on Job. And the day arrived, but unfortunately These ParC Ibeon people sent us mail that joining is postponed to Oct 27. We left to Bangalore from Belgaum on 26th Oct to join.
Here the actual nightmare started of our Life, when we went there at Bangalore.They started to give training. And on the very same day they told that within this month (Nov) all will be placed in MNC'S.
After 10/12 days of training they started giving opportunity for an interview.
They asked me to go for an interview for HCL, and when I asked rather argued "that in LOI you gave me IBM, and why are you sending me HCL? One of them started shouting at me, telling me "tujh LOU kisne Diya tha, LOI gaya Bhaad me jo bol rahe hai, jaisa bol rahe hai waisa karo! Job chahiye Kya nhi? Completely dominating".
I thought let it be, anyhow HCL is also MNC. And salary is also same, doesn't matter..Actual twist came here, , , , , ,
They PARC PEOPLE altered our resume completely, removing our Masters degree and put only BCA with 2yrs of fake experience in it. When I asked why is this so, ? She replied job chahiye to jo bol rahe waisa karo.baki sab hum dekh leave. We thought they would be having some contacts with companies and they 'll manage everything, hoping this we(me and Akash and 5more students) went to interview in HCL with fake experience in resume. Obviously everyone got rejected there.
When we came back from HCL to ParC Ibeon people, And told everything about interview..they said leave it, you got experience of facing interview you can clear the next interview.. Here while hiring from Campus, they told only rounds of interview. There is further round, direct recruitment. But after going there, there are 2more rounds to go through, and need to crack it.
I asked there Don't give me interview on BCA with fake experience, and to give me on MCA as a fresher., directly they said "agar job chahiye to BCA pe karo nahI to there is no job, you can leave from class ". We left from there and came back to Belgaum.
"We wasted our precious 4 months after Aug.till Dec. Still struggling for job.
So anybody who is waiting and hoping that ParC Ibeon will give them job, everyone is wasting your time and money. Pls don't trust them, there is no job at all."
