Parcel Gator — Recieved fraud package

I Recieved a parcel on my dad's name, i paid for it as he was not at the house. Afterwards he came and told me he doesn't remember ordering anything, we opened the package, it was a jeans in average condition. We checked the history, he never ordered it, we got to know about this scam and i am complaining here.
