I have booked a parcel in Indian post office, on 23.08.2023 from BH Colony SO Patna, with consignment no. CB[protected]IN. My parcel have already dispatched from Kolkata on 27.08.2023, why it again reached Kolkata, it should have delivered upto now, today it has been dispatched from Bengal. How many days will it now take to deliver my parcel? Last time it had been delivered in 7 days only but now its more than 7 days. Kindly tell me why it's delayed? Is my parcel safe ?
