Parcel Transhipment Centre — I am submitting a complain regarding the parcel

Address: Kolkata

I booked a parcel from RP FAGU SO Darjeeling (735231) with the consignment no. CW[protected]IN on 31/10/2022. It was supposed to reach within a week but the last update was item dispatched from Kolkata RMS mail TMO on 5/11/22, and was received on parcel transhipment centre on 10/11/22.
And no update after that ...
So I would like to know that what is the current status and when will it be delivered...
