Parcel X — Recived a fraud item in the box

Today I had received the above parcel today morning which was on COD, I paid 699/- but on opening the box, it was some old used dirty pant and not the product mentioned in the invoice
And I had not ordered this item, since I take regular orders from flipkart so I took the parcel .

Even if you insist that I had placed the order then why is this product missing from the box., some one had tampered the box and changed the product
It is a spam, pls do the needful
