I seeks your good self-help to get my problem heard and looked in to seriously with my ex -employer’s .Detail of my case as below for your perusal.
I, Dinesh Mehra left Parenteral Drugs I Ltd. Indore on 12th August 15.I was posted at Chandigarh, since then my retrial benefits like gratuity, leave encashment and bonus are not being disbursed in spite of countless reminders. As on today it is 18 months since I left the company and still waiting…..
I had been informed by company’s officials that there are many employees whose dues are still pending whose waiting is longer than mine time. Reason being given…company did not have funds hence it is not possible to clear my dues and I have to wait for another six months.
PDIL is Public limited company registered at stock exchange and is functioning unit. I have come to know also company is trying to expand in various part of country by having more manufacturing facilities and coordinating with various banks to have more loans to put up new facilities.
I had waited that long with all the patience in word since I enjoyed very excellent rapport with my bosses and getting assurance time to time but now I have the feeling management is just trying to buy time to delay as long as possible and maybe I am being denied my legitimate dues in due course of time.
Do I or any who served in a company for 11 years need to go to court for legitimate retrial benefits which is my right as per law?
I am sharing this because this is a case bad corporate governance on part of PDIL a SEBI registered company.
Hope your department will take up this matter with PDIL management and can help me to resolve the issue without court intervention.
