Parikshit Bajaj — Fraud and duped money for lakhs

I was about to start my new business of tours and travels last year 2021 and I contacted just dial for this to provide contact numbers for website developers, I started getting calls and one call I received from Parikshit Bajaj and he said that website will cost me around Rs.6500 however slowly he took so much money from me and in total Rs.122460, I paid all this money to his Paytm Number from my bank account and he has two numbers +[protected]Calling and Paytm number too)and +[protected] his both numbers are active now I can see there are lots of complaints against him on google .
I have asked him to handover my website with full user ID and passwords with full rights too access everything and he is not doing it.He has charged me amount for so many things like SSL certificate, W3C certificate, unlimited hosting, Train API, website development etc.I have made a compliant to Centranl Board of Indirect Tax too on an Email that he had not guven me invoice and he is cheating with Govt. Of India too by not givingInvoice with GST also he is not paying income tax too..Please get my issue resolved else I will file an F.I.R against him soon.
