Parinee — Project name "parinee essence" at kandivli west

Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra, rajniram

Booked a flat in June 2013 in the project "Parinee Essence" at Babrekar Nagar, Kandivli West. I was told that the project shall be complete by December 2015 and that is why I booked in the project. It is an SRA project.
About 30% amount is paid so far to the builder.

Now the builder says that the project shall be completed by mid 2018. That means instead of 2-1/2 year the project will take 5 years. As present the

As a buyer what can we do ?
Is there any law to protect the interest of the buyer in such delays by the builder?
What options are available to us?

Also interested to contact the other buyers who have booked flat in this project.

I have a similar experience with the builder and after chasing him for almost 2 years every day, he gave me poste dated cheques that have all returned due to insufficient funds.This builder is a fraud, sitting on peoples hard earned money.My team of lawyers are in the process of taking this guy to court.

i too have invested with Parinee and have had to go through the trauma of bounced cheques. Their project Parinee almogh, in Borivali W was soft launched in 2012. Not 1 brick is laid and they are stil sitting on mine and countless gullible investors money. I have started proceedings to take these crooks to court.

Parinee Adney project is delayed for eternity. We booked this property at the launch and its nearly a decade now. Need to form a group which can build a stronger case against this builder. Everytime we visit the site a new date is promised but they never keep up to it. The plans for a new home seems to be shattered and very very disappointed with the builder and false information. Its time for a legal action now !!

I know it's sometime since this thread was posted. I managed to get my money from these crooks after 7 years, that too after countless bounced cheques. I have filed a case against Parinee in 2019, but proceedings are delayed due to Covid. However it gave me pleasure to watch them squirm when I informed him I was filing a case. Do not wait for miracles or a change of heart of the builders. Take action.
