Hello,
I paid for a sari inr 31, 710 including shipping cost, in aug 2019 to parisera.com.

One sari from the order was not shipped, and after 3 months i was told that the sari cannot be shipped and i pick another sari. I asked them for a refund, and they were not willing to.
I selected another sari that was slightly more in cost than the original one. They sent me an invoice and i paid the difference of inr 12, 046 in oct-2019, bringing the cost for the new sari ordered to inr 43, 756 that i paid via payment reference[protected].
Until this day i have not received the sari, nor any response from the management or customer service dept/reps even after repeated follow-ups/escalations.
The website is no longer functioning.
Please look into this and ensure i receive my money inr 43, 756 back.
