This is frustrating.in this digital world, it is shameful to have to face such issues. As per cyber cafe operators, it happens to 4 people at every 10 people. Isn't it carelessness? When this portal became live, it was a big announcement that we are in digital world. Did someone take any responsibility? Is govt. Taking any actions to contractor of this software? Was this tested before make it live for public?
It is really annoying.

This means everyone has to to go through broker by giving bribe and the commission goes to RTO inspectors. All are corrupt. This is what Modi and BJP has given to us on the name of Online system that does not work and you have no choice but to use broker service who some how get it done through backdoor!
