Park+ — Issued faulty fast tag, now asking money to get it replaced

Bought the Park + fast tag from Cred which said an offer or getting 99₹ as balance.

#issue 1: as per the promise after activating the tag didn't receive the 99₹ balance.

#issue 2: as per the promise non of the feature that park+ offer wasn't activated. Infact to avail that facilities it asks me to buy park+(don't know then what I had bought)

#issue 3: non of the tool booth detect the fasttag.(explaining the scenario)
I tried the fast tag in the Mumbai Pune expressway. Except my tag all the other cars tag got detected, even tried with a handheld device, that too didn't worked. Finally I had to pay money at all the booths.

#issue 4: tried contacting the customer care from the app. They ahve asked me to deactive my existing card and they will provide me another card within 7 days and the amount 100₹ has to paid for the new tag issue.

Conclusion: inspite of all the false promises and issuing faulty card, now I have to buy another tag from them that too on extra cost.

Tried again on a toll booth and the fasttag got detected but said insufficient balance. Though I had 515rs as balance and the fare was 270rs.
The fast tag details are given below:
