Dear Sir I was bought Parkplus Home Appliances Insurance cover in Apr 2023. As per policy states during one year tenure if any home appliances got damaged company reimbursement repairing cost. In Aug 2023 my refrigerator was damaged due to power supply problem. I was repaired through company authorised service centre and I was paid Rs 8832/-. All documents was submitted 19 Aug 2023 on Parkplus company email but company neither give feedback nor any response
