I had joined park plaza on 7th june 2014 and left the company on 5th december 2015, means there i worked for the duration of 18 months.I had worked in housekeeping as a room boy. I really don't have any idea, that in 18 months of work the kyc has not been uploaded in epf employees website, now i am facing problem in cashing out of the pf amount. I have mailed the hr office 2 times regarding the problem. But they have not responded till now. I just simply want by the organisation, to process the work needed for me to apply for the claiming of the balance.
