I used Park+ valet parking at a restaurant, and my AirPods were stolen from my bag by the valet driver.
Using Apple’s Find My, I shared the device’s live location with Park+ the very next day. After reviewing the evidence, Park+ acknowledged the lapse and agreed to reimburse me.
Its been a while now, despite repeated follow-ups and multiple payment assurances, I still haven't received the reimbursement. The people handling the case have either stopped responding or left the company.
The theft was unfortunate, but the lack of accountability and unfulfilled commitments have been even more disappointing.
