Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I wish to bring to your notice the illegal parking services at naigaon station west outside the railway station.
1. Over charged - these parking slots are charging Rs 30/- for 2 hrs or more which is highly over charged. On questing they say it is as per railway rates ask the station master. No receipt provided no license displayed.
2. Service not as per railway rules - in a small place they over stuff bikes which is so high risk in case of emergency or fire.
I had parked my bike at 8 am and returned at 2 am the parking care taker said its stuffed and cannot remove the bike come on the evening.
1. How is that possible?
2. Are they allowed to stuff so many bikes?
3. Is the municipality monitoring them or any kind of audits happening?
4. Is there a rate audit happening and how is it being checked if proper billing is not being done?
