DEAR SIR/MADAM

I am complaining as the manager of Parameshwara Sharan society that in front of the gate of our society a man from PMC has made a pothole on the road without taking permission from anyone. I inform you that the members of the society are facing trouble for coming and going, I request you to take action as soon as possible.
