I ordered a bike spare and the product is Fuel Tank Cap For Tvs Jupiter 125 BS6 | Spark Minda brand and the price is 492 including delivery fee and the order was placed on June 24, 2025 and in website they mentioned that the package will be delivered before 29 June 2025.but there is no update in the website regarding the delivery even after 30th June. So i raised a support try to contact them but till the date[protected]. they didn't gave any proper response, and so i raised a refund request from them but they didn't reply for that ticket. so please help me to get my refund.
