Hi Support,
I got charged service fee of ₹581.00 for the payment of ₹323 273.00 towards the SBI Life Insurance on May 29th, 2025 with the order ID- 01JWD4V6BMRX4DRV2HYAK0B5VA-6801727.
I'm paying this insurance on regular basis used other platform also for the payment but only CRED has charged service fee for my insurance payment without any prior notifications.
