Since last more than a month, I have been following up with the PU Admission Support team, very politely and kindly, to get the the refund of Academic and Hostel fees after I cancelled admission of my son.
I have shared all the details, but PU team is keep responding with the same reply as "We understand that you have been patiently waiting for the refund related to your cancellation request. We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in processing your refund and any inconvenience this may have caused."
