Hey, I have been informed that the PRE EMI cheque due on 1stOctober is already deposited, I must say they have kept their words, I have friends who invested in Mantri they are repenting and they now want to invest in water front as their PRE EMI are not paid yet and they compared the quality and were appreciating water front which gave e a releief to me after seeing so many wrong comments, visited site previous week I over heard a meeting going on in the next room (while waiting)that about 670 work force is working, and the contractors were getting bombarded by the CEO. My family and me were very satisfied with the work, their CRM team has to improve, and their communication is hopeless.
