I applied for fresh passport. Payment of fee was made but even after deduction of money from my bank account, the status on website was shown as 'failed'.
ARN NO-17-[protected]
Transaction date being02/03/2017, amount Rs. 1512.
I have not yet received refund even after passing 7 days.
I have sent several emails to online. customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in and tried many times calling help line no.[protected] but of no use.
Pls look into the matter.
