Passport Office Ahmedabad — Passport in processing even after a year

Hi,
I am Nisha Gajra.
I submitted my passport last year in December to change my name and birth date. My passport was approved at the Rajkot office and it's been a year since I did not receive my passport.
Kindly look into the matter since I need the passport urgently to visit my parents in UAE. They are not doing well and I have to travel urgently.

I called RPO Ahmedabad 100 times and nobody is picking calls and nor any appointments are available. I live in Jamnagar and is hard for me to travel to Ahmedabad every time for an inquiry.
