Passport Office Chennai (Tambaram) — Passport status is in police verification, but my documentation is not received by police

Updated by Shaan Anto I have applied for renewal of my passport on[protected], As per Passport's official website, my status is as below,
''Police Verification (PV) has been initiated and a PV request has been sent to SP Office, District Kanchipuram''.

Actually, My Police verification has to be done by Kelambakkam police station, Kelambakkam will comes under Kanchipuram SP office. By seeing the status, my documents has to be with either SP office or Kelambakkam Police station. But I didn't see my documents anywhere of these two. I directly went to Kelambakkam Police station and verified the documents which they have, but mine was not there in list. Passport department people told me that PV will be finished within 10 days. I have no idea where my document is pending with. Passport customer care is also not having any clarity about my documents.
Some please help me...I got Chennai Regional Office customer number, if calling that number, nobody is there to pick the call. I need some help on this please. My File no: MA[protected]
