Passport Office Pune — Indian Passport Surrender clearance

My name is Mitesh Subhash Shah and I had submitted my Indian Passport surrender application submitted in BLS Brampton Ontario Canada as on dated 02/08/2023, Passport Fee Receipt number being 23-[protected]. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my Indian Passport with surrender certificate. The tracking just shows status as " Processing at Consulate" from past 2 months.
